We are pleased that our founder and CEO, Lucas M. Bachmann, has been named one of the «Digital Shapers 2026».

The award, presented annually by BILANZ, Handelszeitung, PME and digitalswitzerland, recognizes individuals who contribute to shaping digital development in Switzerland.

Since founding medignition in 2007, Lucas Bachmann has focused on applying digital technologies in healthcare where they can make a tangible difference for patients and healthcare professionals. This approach has led to the development of several companies and solutions, including Augenmobil and Oculocare medical.

Our work is guided by the aim of meaningfully complementing medical care with digital solutions and bringing it closer to people’s everyday lives – through mobile care, digital self-testing and new preventive approaches.

We see this recognition as a reflection of the joint work of our team and our partners.
